Come stay in one of our fully furnished, spacious cabins or park your RV in our shaded RV Park. Enjoy hours of fishing and boating on beautiful Toledo Bend Lake. After your day on the lake, our fish cleaning station will be ready for your use!

Toledo Bend Lake
Deep in the heart of Sabine National Forest, Toledo Bend Lake is known to be one of the most beautiful lakes you will ever visit. Enjoy hours of fun including some of the best fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming. Learn More ►
There will be a $20 non-refundable pet deposit per pet.
Guests are responsible for any damages in the cabins from pets.
Strict leash law enforced.
There is a 7-Day cancelation policy for all Cabins, RV Spots, Boat Stalls, and Mobile Home Space Rentals. Credit Card service fees will not be refunded.
All cabins, RV spots, Boat Stalls, and Mobile Home Spaces must be reserved using a major Credit Card. A Credit Card service fee will apply.
Good news, pets are welcome at Paradise Point Park. There is a required $20 non-refundable deposit per pet. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by pets. Please keep your pets leashed at all times!
We do not offer fuel service at Paradise Point Park. There is a gas station 4.5 miles from the park. We do not have a restaurant on site. Meals are available upon request for an additional fee. We do not have a convenience store on site.
Paradise Point Park does not offer tent camping. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
